Lynette was recommended to me by my real estate agent and I can’t say how pleased I was with the service I received.

As a first time homebuyer, I had a lot of apprehensions both practically (there’s lots of paperwork) and, admittedly, emotionally. I didn’t know what I didn’t know and that was intimidating. As a first-timer, I wanted to understand each step and needed some extra hand-holding. Knowing this, Lynette was there to explain documents and processes before I even asked. I felt very confident with Lynette by my side throughout the buying process. I understand there were some challenges in working with the seller, but I never once caught wind (until after closing) or felt the pressure my team felt because of Lynette’s professionalism! She sat through an unusually long (~4 hours) closing process (due to aforementioned challenges) and remained cool and professional through it all.

I am now several months past closing and happily residing in my new home and questions still come up (warranties, taxes, etc.) and, without fail, Lynette responds to every email within mere hours and encourages me to call and continue to draw on her for support.
